3. Membership Structure

3.1 Basic Access: Users may browse job listings and explore core platform features.

3.2 Premium Membership (₦4,995/year): Includes verified badge, access to career coaching and HR professionals, seminars and career events, learning/upskilling opportunities, priority job access, improved profile visibility, and additional premium features.

Premium membership supports long-term career growth, not only job application access.

4. Job Seekers / Students

  • Users may need an active subscription before applying for jobs.
  • Subscription enables access to job applications, career resources, and platform tools.
  • Vacancy.ng provides exposure, support, and skill development, but no guaranteed placement.
  • Courses and certifications may be provided via integrated learning services.
  • Users must provide accurate information, avoid impersonation, and maintain professional conduct.

5. Employers

  • Employers may post jobs free of charge.
  • All listings are subject to review and approval.
  • Paid employer features may include profile access and candidate search/filter tools.
  • Employers must post genuine opportunities and avoid misleading or fraudulent listings.

Vacancy.ng may remove listings or suspend accounts where necessary.

6. Partners / Recruiters

  • Partners may refer job seekers, refer employers, and post opportunities.
  • Rewards may be earned based on sign-ups and engagement from job postings.
  • All jobs must pass verification and approval checks.
  • Fraudulent activity may lead to suspension and loss of earnings.

7. Payments & Fees

Payments on Vacancy.ng may cover membership access, career development services, and premium features. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. External Job Disclaimer

Some listings may redirect to third-party platforms. Vacancy.ng is not responsible for external recruitment processes or employer decisions outside the platform.

9. Trust & Safety

Vacancy.ng applies profile verification systems, employer checks, and admin approval workflows for job postings to improve quality and platform trust.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vacancy.ng is not liable for job outcomes, employer actions, or third-party services and decisions.

11. Data & Privacy
